Alma Nellie Cantu, 67, went to be with The Lord on Wednesday February 14, 2018. Alma was born on February 25, 1950 to the late Fabian and Maria de Jesus Gonzalez.
Alma is survived by her loving husband: Noe Cantu; children: Ricardo Canales, Jr., Claudia Cantu-Flores and Amanda Noemi Cantu; siblings: Alicia Maria Carrillo, Fabian Gonzalez, Albeza Clark, Amelia Trevino, Maria de Jesus Trevino, Bertha Gonzalez and Ventura Gonzalez; grandchildren: Adam Canales, Rene Sebastian Raphael Flores and Roman Santiago Raphael Flores.
Visitation will be held Friday, February 16, 2018 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Rosary being held at 7:00 pm at Rivera Funeral Home in Mission. Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, February 17, 2018 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Mission. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Rivera Funeral Home of Mission. www.riverafuneralhomes.net
