Armando Puente

Armando Puente of McAllen, Texas passed away on Sunday, December 17, 2017 at the age of 64. Armando was born on July 2, 1953 in Edinburg, Texas to the late Jeronimo and Elvira Puente. He is preceded in death by his former wife: Eusebia Fernandez.
Armando is survived by his wife: Ieleane "Sheena" Hernandez; former wife: Sara Martinez; children: Sandra Wilson, Veronica (Gary) Falzone, Daniel Puente and Alex Puente; siblings; Geronimo Jr., Ricardo, Sergio, Jaime, Javier, Everardo, Oscar, Kimberly, Janndery Puente, Sonia Salinas, Nora Lara, Elizabeth Alvarado, Mariana Capitanachi; as well as his 9-beloved grandchildren.
He attended Edinburg High school, University of Texas Pan American, and University of Houston Law Center. For the past 39 years, Armando worked as an attorney in Hidalgo County serving McAllen in Real Estate, Family and General Civil cases. He will forever be known as a unique soul, known for his wisdom, charming personality, and ability to find a friend in anyone. He will be dearly missed and forever in our memories.
Visitation will be held Thursday, December 21, 2017 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a Celebration of Life service at 6:30 pm at Rivera Funeral Home in McAllen.
