Arturo Araguz Obituary

McAllen - Arturo Araguz, 62, passed away Thursday, May 19, 2016 at home in McAllen. Arturo was born December 15, 1953 in McAllen, TX. He is the son of the late Graciano and the late Jesusa (Enriguez) Araguz. He was a veteran serving in the Air Force from 1973 to 1976.

He is survived by his wife: Rosa Maria (Briones) Araguz; two daughters: Maricela Araguz (Jose Jameson) and Maribel Araguz; three sisters: Yolanda Canchola, Irma Araguz and Cindy Araguz; one brother: Graciano Araguz, Jr.; three grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm Sunday, May 22, 2016 at Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen. A Chapel Service will be held at 10:00 am Monday, May 23, 2016 at Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen. Interment with full military honors will follow at Rio Grande Valley State Veterans Cemetery in Mission.
