Aurelia Cavazos Obituary

McAllen - Aurelia Cruz Cavazos, 75, passed away Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at Doctors Hospital At Renaissance of Edinburg. Aurelia was born November 27, 1939 in Rio Grande City, TX. She is the daughter of the late Alfredo and the late Desidera (Cruz) Cavazos.

She is survived by her son: Julio Cesar Cavazos of McAllen; three grandchildren: Damian Lee Cavazos, Dylan Andrew Cavazos and Julian Isiah Cavazos: two brothers: Alfredo Cavazos and Refugio Cavazos.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm Wednesday, February 18, 2015 with a rosary being recited at 7:00 pm at Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen. A Mass of Christian burial will be said at 10:00 am Thursday, February 19, 2015 at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in McAllen. Interment will follow at La Piedad Cemetery in McAllen.
