Edinburg - Delia Hendrix, 76, passed away Friday, August 21, 2015 at McAllen Medical Center. Delia was born September 9, 1938 in Edinburg, Texas. She is the daughter of the late Elijio and the late Bernardina (Moreno) Hendrix. She is preceded in death by a brother, Adan Ruiz.
She is survived by a son: Smith Henry Hendrix; four siblings: Eva Longoria, Maria Ruiz Kearns, Elijio Ruiz, Jr. and Rolando Ruiz.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm to 9;00 pm Monday, August 24, 2015 at Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen. Cremation services will be held in DeQueen, Arkansas. Local services have been entrusted to the care of Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen. www.riverafuneralhomes.net
