McAllen - Emma Peña Gamez, 67, passed away Friday, June 26, 2015 at Amara Hospice in Edinburg.

She is survived by her husband: Gerardo Gamez; children: Lourdes Gamez, Veronica Gamez, Gerardo Gamez, Jr., Enedelia Gamez and Noe Benito Gamez; siblings: Juan Pena, Mario Pena, Elma Pena and Elda Pena; 14 grandchildren.

Emma was a loving Wife, Mother and Grandmother who will be dearly missed by all.

Viewing will take place at her private residence in McAllen on Saturday, June 27, 2015 and Sunday, June 28, 2015. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 am Monday, June 29, 2015 at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in McAllen. Interment will follow at Roselawn Cemetery in McAllen.
