Felicia Castro Obituary
McAllen - Felicia M. Castro, 80, passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at Alfredo Gonzalez Texas State Veteran's Home of McAllen surrounded by her loved ones. Felicia was born December 22, 1935 in Rio Grande City, TX. She is the daughter of the late Pedro and the late Arcadia (Lopez) Muniz. She is preceded in death by her son: Joey Sanchez; great-grandchild: Brandon Salazar; grandchild: Charlie Carrasco.
She is survived by her children; Jesus "Chuy" Sanchez (Delia), Noemi Garcia (Eliazar "Leo"), a€ Joeya€ Sanchez (Mary Lou), Saul Castro (Elvira), Elena Flores (Javier) and Juan Castro; 24 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm Thursday, April 21, 2016 with a rosary being recited at 7:00 pm at Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 1:00 pm Friday, April 22 2016 at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in McAllen. Interment will follow at La Piedad Cemetery in McAllen. www.riverafuneralhomes.net
