Felipe Garza Obituary

Felipe De La Garza, 94, passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at Paxvilla Hospice of McAllen. Felipe was born February 2, 1922 in Hidalgo, Texas. He is the son of the late Cruz and the late Isiquia (Soto) De La Garza. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during World War II.

He is survived by his wife: Irma (Vega) De La Garza of McAllen and one son: Cruz Felipe De La Garza of McAllen.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm Thursday, June 30, 2016 at Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 am Friday, July 1, 2016 at Iglesia Bautista Tierra Prometida on McAllen. Interment with Military Honors will follow at La Piedad Cemetery in McAllen.
