Filemon Tello Obituary
McAllen - Filemon Tello, 80, passed away Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at Las Palmas Healthcare Center of McAllen. Filemon was born July 31, 1935 in Mexico. He is the son of the late Juan and the late Juana (Guzman) Tello. He is preceded in death by a daughter, Elsa Tello.
He is survived by his wife: Trinidad (Cuellar) Tello; three sons: Ruben Tello, Juan Eloy Tello and Jose Cristobal Tello; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm Wednesday, August 12, 2015 with a rosary being recited at 7:00 pm at Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 1:00 pm Thursday, August 13, 2015 at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, 2315 Ithaca, McAllen. Interment will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens in Mission on Thursday. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Rivera Funeral Home, 1901 Pecan Blvd., McAllen, Texas. www.riverafuneralhomes.net
