McAllen - Julio Montelongo, 67, passed away Friday, April 7, 2017 at his residence in McAllen. He was born March 23, 1950 in Mexico. He is preceded in death by his father: Jose Maria Montelongo and a brother: Rodolfo.
He is survived by his wife: Teresa G. Montelongo; three daughters: Sandra Montelongo, Susana Montelongo Medina and Diana Montelongo; son: Moises Suarez; mother: Elena A. Montelongo; brothers: Rene, Jose, Felipe, Jaime and Armando; sisters: Rosa, Maria Elena and Yolanda; three grandchildren: Andrea Medina, Daniella Medina and Carlos Javier Garza.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm Sunday, April 9, 2017 with a prayer services at 7:00 pm at Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen. Chapel Service will be held at 11:00 am Monday, April 10, 2017 at Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen. Interment will follow at La Piedad Cemetery in McAllen. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen. www.riverafuneralhomes.net
