Mission - Miguel Vega, 25, passed away Monday, August 8, 2016 in Kleberg County. Miguel was born March 19, 1991 in Ft. Myers, FL. He is the son of Jesus Vega and Blanca Imelda Benavides. He served in the Marine Corps from 2010 to 2015.

He is survived by his mother: Blanca Imelda Benavides; his father: Jesus Vega; one sister: Blanca Imelda and two brothers: Jesus and Javier.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm Thursday, August 11, 2016 with a rosary being recited at 7:00 pm at Rivera Funeral Home, LLC in Mission. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:00 am Friday, August 12, 2016 at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Mission. Cremation will follow. Services have been entrusted to the care of Rivera Funeral Home, LLC of Mission. www.riverafuneralhomes.net
