Ofelia Esquivel Obituary

Ofelia Esquivel, 82, went to be with the Lord on Sunday January 14, 2018 in Edinburg surrounded by her family. Ofelia was born on October 18, 1935 in Mexico to Valerio and Santos Castillo. Ofelia was a life long resident of McAllen.

She will be dearly missed by all her family.

Ofelia is survived by her children: Rubina (David III) Pardo, Rhonda (Juan F.) Treviño, Ronica (Orlando) Sabillon and Rosa (Charles) Jenkins; her siblings: Guadalupe Castillo, Eva Castillo, Venita Castillo and Jacobo Castillo; ten grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at Rivera Funeral Home from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Interment will follow to La Piedad Cemetery at 2:30 PM. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Rivera Funeral Home in McAllen. www.riverafuneralhomes.net
