McAllen - Pureza Rodriguez, 81, went to be with The Lord on Wednesday, January 31, 2018. She was born on September 10, 1936 to the late Domitilo Martinez and Martina Lopez. She is preceded in death by her husband: Jose Rodriguez.
Pureza is survived by her children: Jose Luis (Normaa€ ) Rodriguez, Miguel A. (Mirtala) Rodriguez, Yolanda (Raul) Muñoz, Minerva (Jaime) Arroyo and Veronica (Junior) Obregon; sister: Juanita Perez; sister-in-law: Ramona (Salvadora€ ) Martinez; as well as 16 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Friday, February 2, 2018 from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a prayer service being held at 7:00 pm at Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen. Chapel service will be held at 11:30 am on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen. Interment will follow to Valley Memorial Gardens in Mission. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen. www.riverafuneralhomes.net
