McAllen - Santos Verenice Garcia, 42, passed away Saturday January 28, 2017. Santos was born January 6, 1975. She is the daughter of Jorge and Altagracia (Aleman) Segura.
She is survived by her parents: Jorge Segura and Altagracia Aleman Segura; daughters: Lidia Garcia, Lydise Garcia and Lynette Piñon; a son: Orlando Piñon; brother: Jorge Alberto Segura; sister: Isabel Vencidalia Segura.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm Friday, February 3, 2017 with a prayer of the Holy Rosary being recited at 7:00 pm at Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen. Celebration of Life Mass will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday, February 4, 2017 at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in McAllen. Interment will follow at valley Memorial Gardens in Mission. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen. www.riverafuneralhomes.net
