On September 11, 1956 Alicia Oralia Cano was born to Manuel and Gloria(Trevino) Cano in Mexico. On September 11, 2019 Alicia Oralia Castellanos,63, entered eternal peace surrounded by her family in McAllen. Alicia was a resident of McAllen for more than 25 years. She enjoyed doing Arts and Crafts, baking, volunteering her time at Bonham elementary School where her grandchildren attended. Alicia was always caring for her husband, her daughter, and her grandchildren. Alicia will be dearly missed by her family,friends, and will forever be in their hearts.
She was preceded in death by her mother- Gloria Trevino Cano.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 39 years- Carlos Castellanos; her loving daughter Yvette (Sergio) Aleman; Grandchildren- Kamila, Sergio, Carlos, Baby Aleman; Siblings- Zoila Cano, Sotero Cano, Jose Cano Hilda Cano, Angelica Romo, Alvaro Poblano, Sylvia Rodriguez and Ernestina Cano.
Visitation will be Friday, September 13, 2019 at Rivera Funeral Home, 1901 Pecan Blvd. in McAllen from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM with the recital of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 PM. A celebration of life service will be Saturday, September 14, 2019 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will follow to Valley Memorial Gardens cemetery in Mission.
