Cesar Eduardo Garza-Uribe, 82, went to be with The Lord on Friday, March 1, 2019 in McAllen, Tx. Cesar was born on February 26, 1937 to the late Gregorio Garza- Flores and Francisca Uribe.

Cesar is survived by his loving wife: Alicia Aurora Obregon; Children: Alicia Yolanda, Alma Nora (Jorge Artemio), Cesar Eduardo (Maria del Carmen), Fernando Luis (Georgina); 13 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Saturday, March 2, 2019 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Rosary being held at 5:00 pm at Rivera Funeral Home in McAllen, Tx. Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, March 2, 2019 at 7:00 pm at Rivera Funeral Home in McAllen, Tx. Cremation is set to follow. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen.
