Alton - Audelia Ortiz, 56, passed away on Sunday April 23, 2017 at Mission Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Ortiz was born in Mexico on Friday September 30, 1960, daughter of Jose and Maria Leonor Martinez.
She is survived by her husband: Javier Ortiz; four daughters: Yesenia Ortiz, Graciela Ortiz, Erika Ortiz and Maricela Ortiz 11 grandchildren; three sisters: Rosa Chavero, Raquel Martinez and Isabel Perez; six brothers: Alfredo Martinez, Manuel Martinez, Ricardo Martinez, Carlos Martinez, Jorge Martinez and Roberto Martinez.
Visitation will be held from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at the family residence at 1105 N. Pine St. in Alton. A Celebration of Life Mass will be held at 1:00 pm Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at San Martin de Porres Catholic Church in Alton. Interment will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens in Mission. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Rivera Funeral Home, L.L.C. of Mission. www.riverafuneralhomes.net
