Encarnacion Olivarez Obituary
Mission - Encarnacion Olivarez, 87, passed away Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at Paxvilla Hospice of McAllen. Encarnacion was born March 25, 1930 in Edinburg, Texas. She is the daughter of the late Juan and the late Alfonsa (Camero) Hernandez. She is preceded in death by her husband: Gilberto Olivarez; two brothers and six sisters.
She is survived by her son: Gilberto (Maureen) Olivarez, Jr.; two daughters: Hermelinda (Jesse) Trejo and Elisa (Lucio) Trejo; two sisters: Amelia Aguilar and Mary Ellen De La Garza; one brother: Frank Hernandez; 13 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm Monday, July 24, 2017 with a prayer of the Holy Rosary being recited at 7:00 pm at Rivera Funeral Home, L.L.C. of Mission. A Service of Christian burial will be held at 1:00 pm Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at Our Lady Of St. John Of The Fields, in Mission. Interment will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens in Mission. Service arrangements have been entrusted to Rivera Funeral Home L.L.C. of Mission. www.riverafuneralhomes.net
