Francisca Palomares Obituary
Mission - Francisca Palomares, 85, passed away on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.
Francisca was born in Mexico on Tuesday, October 4, 1932, daughter of the late Manuel and the late Maria (Alanis) Bazan. She loved to eat watermelon and having her sweet bread and coffee with her daughters. Her heart belonged to her "ranchito" in Francisco I. Madero, Nuevo Leon. She is preceded in death by her parents, three siblings and two children: Jose Luis Bazan and Maria De Los Angeles Bazan.
She is survived by her husband of over 60 years: Eliseo Palomares; her daughters: San Juanita (Pedro) Montoya, Telma (Martin) Garcia, Lourdes (Reynaldo) Cardona, Martha (Luis) Candanoza, Carmen (Elias) Calvillo, Sonia (Gabirel) Rojero, Mary (Arturo) Zapata, Mirtha (Javier) Galaviz and Ana G. Rojero; siblings: Emilio Bazan, Cruz Bazan, Dolores Gonzalez and Rafaela Vela; 25 grandchildren, 82 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm Monday, October 1, 2018 with a prayer of the Holy Rosary being recited at 7:00 pm at Rivera Funeral Home, LLC in Mission. A Celebration of Life Mass will be said at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary in Mission. Interment will follow at Valley Memorial Gardens in Mission. Service arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Rivera Funeral Home, LLC of Mission. www.riverafuneralhomes.net
