Blanca Esthela Campos de Rodriguez

Pharr ~ Blanca Esthela Campos de Rodriguez, 64, entered eternal rest on Monday, November 27, 2023 at Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen. She was born on Saturday, January 24, 1959 in Mexico, the daughter of Alberto Campos Peña and Eulalia Esthela Rodriguez Salazar. Blanca was a wonderful mother, grandmother, a very special daughter, sister and amazing friend. She was one of a kind, and though she was only here a short time; she left an impression on those who knew her. She was a fighter to the end and solely relied on God for her strength. It's by His grace we had her this long, to Him we give the glory.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers: Jose Guadalupe Campos and Cesar Campos.

She is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Jorge Rodriguez; children: Laura A. Rodriguez, Maria G. Rodriguez and husband Ricardo Perez, Jorge A. Rodriguez and wife Cristal Martinez and Karina E. Rodriguez; also her grandchildren: Ricardo Perez, Fabian Rodriguez, Randy Perez, Ruben Solis, Ryan Perez and Katalina Solis.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm Sunday, December 3, 2023 with a recital of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 pm at Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen. Funeral Mass will be held at 12:30 pm Monday, December 4, 2023 at St. Anne Catholic Church in Pharr. Interment will follow at Rio Grande Valley State Veteran's Cemetery in Mission. Service arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen.
