Carlos Luna Reyes

Carlos Luna Reyes, beloved father, grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family and friends on August 27, 2023, in Mission, Texas. He was born on July 16, 1938, in Mexico and spread love and warmth among those who knew him. Carlos was preceded in death by his parents- Ascuncion and Eulalia Reyes Luna, His Siblings- Francisca Luna Reyes and Carmela Luna Reyes.

Carlos was loved by many, always caring for everyone, and had a great sense of humor and kindness. Carlos was very active, he loved to dance, play Bingo, and be part of the Daily activities volunteering at his center. He was a member of the Senior Center of Amigos Del Valle. Carlos truly lived life to its fullest. May he rest in peace.

Carlos is survived by his son, Jose Luna; his daughters, Maria Dent and Leticia Bustos; and ten doting grandchildren. His Siblings- Aplonia Luna Reyes, Ana Maria Luna Reyes, Paula Luna Reyes. 

Visitations will be Wednesday, August 30, 2023 at Rivera Funeral Home,1813 N Conway in Mission. A prayer Service will at at 7:00 PM at the Funeral Home. No other services will be held.
