Diana Sanchez Obituary

On Friday, March 27, 2020 Diana Escobar Sanchez,81, entered eternal rest at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg. Diana was born June 16, 1938 in Driscoll, Texas to Gavino and Ofelia Escobar. Diana was a long time resident of McAllen and member of Our lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. Diana enjoyed her painting, gardening, styling and cutting hair, conversing with people, spending time with her sisters and brothers, sewing, baking, loved people’s company, she loved the outdoors, and would love to sing. She loved long drives and could strike a conversation with anyone about anything. She also loved a novela or two. She was a devout Catholic who never missed a Sunday mass. She prayed for everyone all the time and was the first one there to lend a helping hand. She gave advice to many friends and listened with an open heart. Diana Escobar Sanchez truly lived life to its fullest. She will forever be missed by her family and those that came to know her.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving family; Her husband Mr. Juan Sanchez Jr; Her children: Judith Monique ( Edward ⴕ) Rios of Weslaco, Michael Rene (Lisa) Sanchez-of McAllen, Romeo (Marissa) Sanchez of Weslaco, Jason Sanchez of McAllen; Grandchildren: Justin Rios, Zachary Rios, Vianney Rios, Andre Sanchez, Michael Sebastian Sanchez, Renee Sanchez, Tealyn Rose Sanchez; Siblings: Gloria (Claudio) Tamez , Romeo (Lucilla) Escobar, Olga (Armando) Garza and Norma Heavener.
