Dora Elva Hurtado Serna

Mission ~ Dora Elva Hurtado Serna, 61, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, August 7, 2025 at Mission Regional Medical Center. She was born on Sunday, January 19, 1964 in Mexico, the daughter of Pedro Hurtado and Maria Minerva Serna.

She is survived by her children: Hugo Pulido, Abram Garcia, Arnulfo Vega and Cindy Olivares; siblings: Maricela Guerrero, Estefana Hurtado, Leticia Hurtado, Juan Hurtado, Doroteo Garcia, Andres Garcia, Alejandro Garcia, Pedro Hurtado and Roberto Garcia; 12 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm Sunday, August 10, 2025 with a Prayer Service at 7:00 pm at Rivera Funeral Home, 1813 N. Conway Ave, Mission. Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, August 11, 2025 at Rivera Funeral Home in Mission. Interment will follow at 3:00 pm at Santa Fe Celestial Gardens in Mission.
