Mr. Edgar Elizondo,58, entered eternal rest March 12, 2020 surrounded by his family at his home in McAllen. Edgar was born September 21, 1961 in Reynosa, Mexico to Eduardo and Blanca Elizondo. Edgar had lived in McAllen for most of his life. Edgar lived life to its fullest. He enjoyed family gatherings, electronics, computers He was an electrical engineer for most of his life. He worked for PEMEX in Mexico. He enjoyed basketball and soccer,fishing and hunting. He will be dearly missed by his family and those that came to know him.

Edgar was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife- Martha Elizondo; His children-Edgar O. Elizondo, Fabiola S. Elizondo-Danner; Siblings- Deyanira Elizondo, Sonia Elizondo, Adrian Elizondo, Mayra Elizondo; Two grandchildren- Edgar L. Elizondoand Dustin D, Danner.

A gathering of family and friends will be Saturday March 14, 2020 at Rivera Funeral Home,1901 Pecan Blvd. in McAllen from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm. The Holy Rosary will be prayed at 5:00 PM

Cremation will follow at a later date.

Funeral services are being handled by Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen.
