Edwardo Cruz

Edwardo Cruz, 40 years, of McAllen, Texas , passed away on Thursday June 16, 2022 at his home.

He was born on Wednesday June 24, 1981 in McAllen, the son of Pedro and Yolanda (Navarro) Cruz. Edwardo was an instructor at S.T.V.T. as a professional Massage Therapist. He enjoyed stage acting, he had a great love of Theater, loved to travel, to sing and Broadway. Edwardo had love and a big heart that he gave his all to everybody that met him. Edwardo had a professional degree in stage acting from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City. He truly lived life to its fullest.     

Left to cherish his memory are: His parents-Pedro Cruz Jr and Yolanda Cruz; His Siblings- Pedro "Peter" Cruz,III and Sandra (Adolfo) Alonzo; Two Nephews-Aaron Alonzo and Alan Alonzo; Extended family and friends.

Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, June 23,2022 from 2:00-3:00 PM at St Joseph the Worker Church in McAllen. Following the memorial mass, gathering of family and friends will be from 4:00 to 8:00 PM, with the recital of the Holy Rosary at 6:30 PM at Rivera Funeral Home 1901 Pecan , McAllen.
