Eliazar Reyna Obituary
Mission - Eliazar Reyna, 64, passed away on Wednesday April 5, 2017 at Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen. Mr.Reyna was born in McAllen, Texas on Tuesday July 29, 1952, son of the late Antonio and Ofilia (Vela) Reyna. Eliazar worked with the US Postal Service. He was also a veteran of the Air Force.
He is survived by his wife: Brigida (Medrano) Reyna of Mission; three sons: Eliazar Reyna, Jr., Emilio Reyna and Esai Reyna; his mother Ofilia V. Reyna; four brothers: Antonio Reyna, Rafael Reyna, Martin Reyna and Daniel Reyna; two sisters: Sylvia Reyna and Maria del Rosario Reyna.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm Thursday, April 6, 2017 with a prayer of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 pm at Rivera Funeral Home, L.L.C. of Mission. Celebration of Life Mass will be held at 10:00 am Friday, April 7, 2017 at St. John of the Fields Catholic Church in Mission. Interment with Military Honors will follow at Laurel Hill Cemetery in Mission. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Rivera Funeral Home, L.L.C. of Mission. www.riverafuneralhomes.net
