Obituary
McAllen ~ Eloisa Guzman, 77 years of McAllen, passed away on Saturday, July 30, 2022. She was born on Friday, August 11, 1944 in Reynosa. The daughter of the late Blas and the late Maximina (née Ruiz) Covarrubias.
She lived in McAllen for most of her life. In her younger days she enjoyed cycling, aerobics and attending church. Eloisa was a beautician and lived life to its fullest. She is survived by her son: Hugo Guzman; brother: Roberto Covarrubias; several nieces and nephews.
Visitations will be held form 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm Wednesday, August, 3, 2022 at Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen with a Prayer Service at 5:00 pm. Interment will follow at 10:30 am Thursday, August, 4, 2022 at Roselawn Cemetery in McAllen. Funeral services have been entrusted to the care of Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen.
