Hidalgo ~ Emilio Moreno, 66, entered eternal rest on Monday, August 5, 2024 at Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen. He was born on May 23, 1958 in Mexico, the son of Alberto Moreno and Felipa Ruiz.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm Tuesday, August 6, 2024 with the Holy Rosary being recited at 7:00 pm at Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen. Service arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen.
