Epifania Portillo de Luna, 92, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at her residence in Mission, Texas. She was born Feb. 26, 1932. She was preceded in death by her Husband Mr. Guadalupe Luna in 2021

Left to cherish her memory is her beloved family- children- Guadalupe (Visanta) Luna of McAllen, Benito (Graciela) Luna of McAllen, Eduardo (Estella) Luna of McAllen, Enoelia (Jorge) Garza of Rio Grande City, Esther (Aurelio) Garcia of Palmview, Lorena Luna of Mission, Livier (Noe) Garcia of Mission; Her brother Ramon Portillo and Her Sister Antonia Portillo; 18 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm Monday, June 30, 2025 at Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen with the Holy Rosary being recited at 7:00 pm. Funeral mass will be held at 12:00 pm Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at St. Joseph the Worker. Interment to follow at 1:00 pm at Valley Memorial Gardens.
