Ernestina G. Reyna

Mission ~ Ernestina G. Reyna, 93, entered into eternal rest on Friday, July 11, 2025 at her home in Mission surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on Wednesday, November 11, 1931 in San Isidro, Texas, the daughter of Amado Garza and Maria (Salinas) Garza.

She is survived by her three children: Leone. J. Reyna, Jr., Alma Rodriguez and Thelma (Daniel) Gamboa); seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at Rivera Funeral Home of Mission with the Holy Rosary being recited at 7:00 pm. Funeral mass will be held at 9:00 am Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment will follow at 10:00 am at Rio Grande Valley State Veterans Cemetery in Mission.
