Jesus Ramirez Perez

Jesus Ramirez Perez, 72, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, August 12, 2026.

Born on June 12, 1954, in Dr. Arroyo, Nuevo León, Mexico, to the late Juan Perez and Felicitas Ramirez, Jesus built a life surrounded by the family he leaves behind. He dedicated many years of his life to his work as a welder, a skilled trade through which he demonstrated dedication and a strong work ethic.

He is survived by his loving wife: Enriqueta Covarrubias; his daughters: Jessica Perez, Nancy Montez, and Veronica Carpentier; his siblings: Ruben Perez, Maria Guadalupe Dominguez, Ramon Perez, and Irma Perez; and his eight grandchildren.

His family will cherish the memories they shared with him and carry his memory with them always. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 16, 2026 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Prayer Service at 7:00 pm at Rivera Funeral Home in McAllen. A Chapel Service will be held on Monday, August 17, 2026 at 12:00 pm at Rivera Funeral Home in McAllen. Interment will follow at 1:00 pm at Valley Memorial Gardens in Mission.
