Jorge Borrego, Jr.

Mission ~ Jorge Borrego, Jr., 54, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, December 21, 2025 in Mission. He was born on Monday, August 23, 1971 in Joliet, Illinois, the son of Jorge Borrego and Elisa Moreno.

He is survived by his mother: Elisa Borrego; sister: Patricia Flores and brother-in-law: Cayetano Flores; nieces and nephews: Anthony Flores, Amanda Flores, Alexis Rodriguez and Aaron Rodriguez; grandnephew: Aaron Santiago Rodriguez.

Memorial visitation will be held from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Friday, January 2, 2026 with the Holy Rosary being recited at 7:00 pm at Rivera Funeral Home, 1813 N. Conway Ave., Mission. Interment of cremains will follow at a later date at Rio Grande Valle State Veterans Cemetery in Mission.

Service arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Rivera Funeral Home of Mission.
