Jose Domingo Bocanegra

Pharr, Texas ~ Jose Domingo Bocanerga, 78, passed away Monday July 26, 2021 at the Edinburg Regional Medical Center in Edinburg. Jose was born April 8, 1943 in San Luis Potosi Mexico to Domingo and Luisa (Rangel) Bocanegra. He lived in Pharr for most of his life. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, and his siblings.

Jose Domingo is survived by his wife: Paula Bocanegra; his children: Eduardo (Kathrine) Bocanegra, Edith (Samuel) Sepulveda, Ingrid (Luis) Martinez, Gabriel Alexandro (Patricia Cno) Bocanegra and let's not forget the baby, Fernando Bocanegra; and 18 grandchildren.

Visitation will be Thursday, July 29, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM with the recital of the Holy Rosary to begin at 6:00 PM at Rivera Funeral Home, 1901 Pecan Blvd. in McAllen. Funeral services will be Friday, July 30, 2021 at 1:30 PM at Rivera Funeral Home in McAllen. Entombment will follow to Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.
