Jose M. Molina

Jose M. Molina, de 82 años, entró en descanso eterno el Jueves 8 de Diciembre de 2022. A Jose le sobreviven su amada esposa Blanca; hijos: Elisabet, Reylando, Hugo Alberto, Jose Alonzo, Usbaldo, Erica, Jessica; 18 nietos; hermanos: Fina Molina, Cuca Molina, Tibrusia Molina, Jose Luis Molina y Martin Molina.

Nuestro papá era un esposo y padre amoroso. Se aseguraba de que su familia fuera tendida. Quería much a mi madre. Nuestro padre era uno de los mejores albañiles del Valle del Río Grande. Asumió muchos proyectos, desde cimientos, entradas de vehículos, hasta colocar bloques de cemento. Desde que éramos pequeños le encantaba llevarnos a South Padre Island, Anzalduas Park y especialmente a Monterrey, Nuevo León, donde vivían sus padres. Mi papá amaba tanto a los caballos. Papá venía de un rancho de Matehuala, San Luis Potosí. Se que allí es donde mi padre quedó fascinado con los caballos. Llevaba a su familia allí durante los veranos y siempre fue increíble. Papá peleó muchas batallas con sus salud y las conquistó todas excepto la última que terminó con su vida. Será extrañado pero nunca olvidado. Toda su familia apreciará los increíbles momentos para siempre!

El velorio se llevará a cabo de 1:00 pm a 9:00 pm el Domingo 11 de Diciembre de 2022 en Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen y se rezará el Santo Rosario a las 6:30 pm. El funeral se llevará a cabo el Lunes 12 de Diciembre de 2022 a las 2:00 pm en St. Joseph the Worker. El entierro será a las 3:00 pm el Lunes 12 de Diciembre de 2022 en el cementerio La Piedad. Los arreglos funerarios han sido confiados al cuidado de Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen.

Jose M. Molina, 82, entered eternal rest on Thursday, December 8, 2022. Jose is survived by his loving wife Blanca; children: Elisabet, Reylando, Hugo Alberto, Jose Alonzo, Usbaldo, Erica, Jessica; 18 grandchildren; siblings: Fina Molina, Cuca Molina, Tibrusia Molina, Maria Molina, Jose Luis Molina and Martin Molina.

Our Dad was a loving husband and father. He would make sure that his family was taken care of. He loved my mother very much. Our father was one of the best "albañiles" from Rio Grande Valley. He took on many projects from foundation, driveways, to putting on cement blocks. When we were younger, he loved taking us to South Padre Island, Anzalduas Park, and especially Monterrey, Nuevo León where my dad's parents lived. My dad loved horses so much. Dad came from a rancho from Matehuala, San Luis Potosí. I know this is where my dad became fascinated with horses. He would take his family there during the summers and was amazing every time. Dad fought many battles with his health and conquered all of them except the last one that ended his life. He will be missed but never forgotten. All his family will cherish the amazing moments forever!

Visitations will be held from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm Sunday, December 11, 2022 at Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen with a Holy Rosary being recited at 6:30 pm. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, December 12, 2022 at St. Joseph the Worker. Interment will follow at 3:00 pm Monday, December 12, 2022 at La Piedad Cemetery. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen.
