Mission - Juan Daniel Ordaz, 69, passed away Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at Solara Hospital of McAllen. Juan was born March 27, 1947 in Mexico. He is the son of the late Genaro and the late Rita (Aguilar) Ordaz.

He is survived by his wife: Hermila (Ibarra) Ordaz; five children: Maria De Jesus Ordaz, Sandra Beatriz Ordaz, Juan Daniel Ordaz Jr., Joel Ordaz and Eva Delia Ordaz; of four sisters: Maria Guadalupe Ordaz, Margarita Ordaz, Enedelia Ordaz and Elida Ordaz and one brother: Juan Manuel Ordaz; 11 grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm Thursday, July 14, 2016 at Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen. A Chapel Service will be held at 10:00 am Friday, July 15, 2016 at Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen. Interment will follow at La Piedad Cemetery in McAllen. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen.www.riverafuneralhomes.net
