Juan Rodriguez Jr.

Weslaco ~ Juan Rodriguez, Jr., 58, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at McAllen Medical Center. He was born on Tuesday, October 12, 1965 in McAllen, Texas, the son of Juan Sr. and Lidia (Salinas) Rodriguez. Juan is preceded in death by his grandparents: Jose J. Rodriguez , Maria R. Rodriguez, Salvador Salinas, and Adelida Salinas; his father: Juan Rodriguez Rodriguez. 

Juan is survived by his wife of 30 years: Gracie Villalpando Rodriguez;  son; Juan Rodriguez, III (aka Trae); daughter: Lori Beth Rodriguez; his mother: Lidia Rodriguez; brother, Alfredo Rodriguez and wife Alicia, sister: Maria Magdalena Good (aka Maggie) and husband Keith, brother: Fernando Rodriguez and wife Rosie, brother: Jose Salvador and wife Rosa, sister: Adelita and husband Ismael, sister:Yvette and husband Luis, brother: Carlos Adrian and wife Gina. Juan is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm Tuesday, December 26, 2023 at Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen. Interment will be held at 10:00 am Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at Rio Grande Valley State Veteran's Cemetery in a Mission. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen.
