Juanita Dela Garza,81, entered eternal sleep Friday, May 15, 2020 at Windsor Arbor View Nursing Center in Edinburg.. She was born June 6, 1938 in Mexico to Romolo and Lucia (Campos) Guerra. Juanita was a long time resident of Edinburg. She enjoyed and loved to travel,dance, listening to music,and going to the beauty salon, above all she enjoyed family gatherings. Juanita truly lived her life to its fullest.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Her son Juan Jose Dela Garza; Her sister Guadalupe Villegas.

Left to cherish her memory and legacy are her beloved children- Erasmo Dela Garza, Jr. (Celena), Blanca (Raymond) Herrera, Alma D. (Johnny) Jasso, Jessie (Yahaira) Dela Garza; Siblings- Josefina Trevino, Ruben Gonzalez; 14 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren.

Viewing will be Monday, May 18, 2020 at Rivera Funeral Home,1901 Pecan Blvd. in McAllen from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Graveside service will be Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at 2:00 PM at La Piedad cemetery in McAllen.
