Kate Medina

Kate Medina, 76, went to be with The Lord on Friday, January 4, 2019 in Edinburg, Tx. Kate was born on July 7, 1942 in Lynn, Tx to the late Albino and Herlinda Medina. She is preceded in death by her husband: Norman Sabo. 

Kate is survived by her Brothers: Ruben Medina and Albino Medina, Jr.; Nieces: Evie Medina Leyja, Cecilia Medina, Myra Medina and Alisa Medina; Grand Nieces & Nephews: Robby Leyja, Natalie Benavides, Sylvia Rodriguez and Aaron James Garza.

Visitation will be held on Monday, January 7, 2019 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Rosary being recited at 7:00 pm at Rivera Funeral Home in McAllen. Celebration of life funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at Rivera Funeral Home in McAllen. Interment will then follow to Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Mission. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen.
