Lee Roy was the cherished son of Reyes Rodriguez and Rosa Minerva (Ponce) Rodriguez, who instilled in him the values of generosity and devotion that defined his life. These principles carried through to his own family, as he became a loving father to three wonderful children: Lee Roy Rodriguez, Jr., John Rey Rodriguez, and Roselynn Rae Rodriguez. His role as a father was one he treasured deeply, guiding his children with a gentle hand and a heart full of love.
He was a beloved brother to Christopher Lee Rodriguez, with whom he shared an unbreakable bond and countless cherished memories. Lee Roy was also a loving grandfather to Isaiah Lee Rodriguez, Aubree Elise Rodriguez, and Xitlali Ray Rodriguez. Visitation for Lee Roy Rodriguez will be held from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Sunday, December 7, 2025 with a Holy Rosary being recited at 7:00 pm at Rivera Funeral Home, 1901 Pecan Blvd., McAllen. It will be a time for family, friends, and loved ones to gather in remembrance of a life lived with purpose and grace.
