Leonel Cantu, 87, entered eternal rest on Sunday, January 9, 2022. He was born on Saturday, January 5, 1935. He is survived by his beloved children and extended family.

Visitations will be held from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm Thursday, January 13, 2022 at Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen with the Holy Rosary being recited at 6:30 pm. Funeral Services will be held 10:00 am Friday, January 14, 2022 at St. Joseph the Worker. Interment will follow at 11:00 am at La Piedad Cemetery. Service arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen.
