Leticia Fonseca, a loving and spirited woman, passed away on May 2, 2023, in McAllen, Texas. Born on February 9, 1957, in Mathis, Texas, Leticia was known for her friendly nature and her unwavering commitment to helping others.
Leticia is survived by her devoted husband, Juan Manuel Fonseca, and their three children, Manuel Fonseca, Diana Y Silva, and Brenda Lee Fonseca. She was a loving daughter to her father, Octavio Gutierrez, and a cherished sister to Ellia Delgado, Delia Gomez, Sylvia Sanchez, Octavio Gutierrez Jr., and Jose Manuel Gutierrez. Leticia was predeceased by her mother, Cleotilde Gutierrez, who she held dear to her heart. Leticia ois also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Leticia's family was her pride and joy, and she dedicated her life to ensuring their happiness and well-being. Her kindness and generosity touched the lives of many, and she will be remembered for her unwavering dedication to making the world a better place. She believed that the most important moments in life were those spent with loved ones, and she cherished every opportunity to create lasting memories with her family. Her memory will be cherished by her family, friends, and all who were touched by her kindness and love.
Viewing will take place Friday, May 4, 2024 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm with the recital of the Holy Rosary at 8:00 pm at Rivera Funeral Home,1901 Pecan Blvd in McAllen. Funeral services will be Friday, May 5, 2023 at 10:30 am at the funeral home. Burial will follow to La Piedad cemetery in McAllen.
