Mission ~ Lucia H. Reyes, 62, entered eternal rest on Saturday, August 31, 2024 at Mission Regional Medical Center. She was born on Wednesday, December 13, 1961 in Altamira, Tamaulipas, Mexico, the daughter of Pedro Valadez Rodriguez and Juana Reyes. She is preceded in death by her father; a brother: Chayo Velasquez.

She is survived by her mother: Juana Reyes of Camargo, Tamaulipas, Mexico; siblings: Juana Velasquez of Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico, Laura Reyes of Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico, Pedro Valadez of Camargo, Tamaulipas, Mexico, Concepcion Valadez of Sullivan City, Jose Valadez of Camargo, Tamaulipas, Mexico, Luis Valadez of Camargo, Tamaulipas, Mexico and Guadalupe Valadez of Mission, Texas. 

Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm Thursday, September 5, 2024 with a Memorial Service at 7:00 me at Rivera Funeral Home of Mission.
