McAllen ~ Lydia Perez, 72, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at her home in McAllen. She was born on Saturday, November 19, 1949 in Weslaco, TX.

She is survived by her children: Lidia Luna, Arnulfo Peres, Edna Elegarza and Angel Perez; brothers and sisters: Cecilio Medina, Elvira Flores, Patricia Garcia, Juan Medina, Rocio Medina and Rolando Medina; 15 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm Sunday, June 5, 2022 with a Holy Rosary being recited at 7:00 pm at Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen.
