Lydia T. Ramirez

 McAllen ~ Lydia T. Ramirez, 88 went to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 3, 2022 in McAllen, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents Candido Torres and Maria Elena (Gomez) Torres.

She is survived by her children; Mercy (Juan) Contreras, Ted Rocha, Jesse Rocha, Cris (Hector) Sanchez, Norma (Oscar) Alvarez, Rebecca (Edgar) Alvarado, Tony and Janie Ramirez, 14 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 8, 2022 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a prayer service being held at 7:00 pm at Rivera Funeral Home in McAllen. Chapel service will be held on Friday, September 9, 2022 at 1:00 pm at Rivera Funeral Home in McAllen. Services both days will be officiated by her Grandson, Pastor Juan Manuel Contreras. Interment will be held at 3:00 pm on Friday, September 9, 2022 at Roselawn Cemetery in McAllen.
