Margarita Bochas

Edinburg ~ Margarita Bochas, 87, entered into eternal rest on Thursday April 17, 2025 at South Texas Health System Edinburg. She was born on Wednesday, July 21, 1937 in Linares, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, the daughter of Isodoro Sillas and Josefa Zamora Sillas. She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Miguel Angel Castillo 

She is survived by her children: Juan Gamboa, Jose Bochas,, Francisco Gamboa and Arturo Sillas; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. 

Visitation will be held from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Monday, April 21, 2025 with a Prayer Service at 7:00 pm at Rivera Funeral Home, 1901 Pecan Blvd., McAllen. A Chapel Service will be held at 9:00 am on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen. Interment will follow at 10:00 am at Roselawn Cemetery 1201 S. Main St., McAllen. 

Service arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen.
