Maria is survived by her husband Jesus Cortez; her children- Jesus Antonio Cortez, Maria Virginia Cortez; Siblings-Maribel de Jesus Cano Ochoa, Jose Leopoldo Cano Ochoa, Martha Alicia Cano Ochoa, and Juan Francisco Cano Ochoa.

Visitation will ne on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at Rivera Funeral Home from 10:00 Am to 10:00 PM with the recital of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 PM. Celebration of life service will be held on Thursday, January 24, 2019 at 12 noon at the Rivera Funeral Home Chapel of Peace. Cremation will follow at a later time.
