Maria Esther Leal

Maria Esther Leal, 77, entered eternal rest on Thursday, June 26, 2025 in her daughters residence in Vidor, Texas. Maria was a resident of Mission, Texas. She was born January 11, 1948. She was preceded in death by her parents- Raul Cantu + and Lucinda Alfaro Cantu+, her husband Fabian Leal+ and a daughter Maria Leal+

Maria is survived by her children; Francisco Javier Leal, Ricardo Leal, Pedro Leal, Nancy Fabiola Leal, Americo Leal, Fabian Leal; 25 grandchildren , 16 great grandchildren with 3 on the way. 

Visitation will be held from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm Sunday, June 29, 2025 at Rivera Funeral Home of Mission,1813 N. Conway, in Mission with the Holy Rosary being recited at 6:00 pm. Chapel service will be held at 9:30 am Monday, June 30, 2025 at Rivera Funeral Home of Mission. Interment to follow at 11:00 am at Lord & I cemetery.
