Maria Salas Rodriguez,74, entered eternal rest Wednesday, February 5, 2020 surrounded by her family in Edinburg. Maria was born in McAllen, Texas to Jose Salas and Juanita Salas on May 8, 1945. Maria was a resident of Edinburg for a number of years.
She is preceded in death by her parents; Her siblings- Guadalupe Salas, Pedro Salas, Jose Salas, Lydia Raquel S. Garza.
Maria is survived by her husband Mr. Fernando Rodriguez; Her children- Alicia Salas, Jose Luis Rodriguez; Her brother Juan Salas; Her four grandchildren- Erika, Destiny Marie, Nancy, and Alyahi.
A gathering will be held Friday, February 7, 2020 at Rivera Funeral Home, 1901 Pecan Blvd. in McAllen from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Cremation service will take place at a late date.
