Maria Lourdes Serrato,64, passed away Monday, September 6, 2021 at the Mission Regional Medical Hospital. Maria was born February 17, 1957 in Mexico to Jorge Orozco and Josefina Martinez Verde. She lived in Mission for most of her life. Maria enjoyed going with her musician husband to different venues to see him play. She enjoyed fishing and family gatherings.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Her husband.

Maria is survived by her children- Maria Teresa Flores, Edio Serrato, Hermelinda Serrato; Her Siblings-Isabel Orozco Martinez, Avstrebertha Orozco Martinez, Hilario Orozco Martinez, Candelaria Orozco Martinez; 13 grandchildren.

Visitation will be Wednesday, September 8, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a service at 7:15 PM at Rivera Funeral Home, 1813 N Conway in Mission. 

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Rivera Funeral Home of Mission.
