Maria Luisa Vasquez

McAllen ~ Maria Luisa Vasquez, 89, entered into eternal rest on Monday, September 15, 2025 at Ro Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen. She was born on Sunday, February 9, 1936 in Romita, Guanajuato, Mexico.

She is survived by her children: Carmen Ramirez, Josefina Ramirez, Raul Ramirez, Angelina Ramirez, Guillermina Ramirez, Roberto Rangel, Juanita Alabbadi, Eva Vasquez, Rosa Vasquez and Isabel Palma; sister: Micaela; 38 grandchildren and 48 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm Thursday, September 18, 2025 with a Holy Rosary being recited at 7:00 pm at Rivera Funeral Home, 1901 Pecan Blvd., McAllen. Cremation Services have been entrusted to the care of Rivera Funeral Home of McAllen.
